We are ready to welcome you back from 15th August 2020 at our hotels and resorts. We are also closely monitoring the updates and guidelines from Government agencies & local health departments regarding COVID-19 and are following the same as issued by these agencies from time to time as the safety and well being of our guests and employees is of utmost importance. We remain committed to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene and want you to feel at ease when you visit any of our properties.
Even though our properties are located in the destinations were there have been little or negligible Covid 19 impact. We have still placed additional precautionary measures and will continue to do so till the circumstances require to provide you a safe and clean environment.
GUIDELINES AND TRAVEL UPDATE FOR TOURISTS FROM SOP UNLOCK 4 OF UTTARAKHAND GOVERNMENT
SOPs ACROSS OUR PROPERTIES
✱ Use of Hand sanitizers before entering all public spaces including entrances, lobbies, conference hall, cloakrooms etc.
✱ Temperature readings of all guests are being taken at the entrance of the hotel / resort.
✱ Mandatory use of mask, disposable gloves and face shield by all team members.
✱ Regular cleaning of all touchpoints using sanitizer/disinfectant in public area and in guest rooms like a door knobs, handle, railings, table top, counter top etc.
✱ Reduced seating in Restaurants and in the lobby to ensure safe distancing between guests.
✱ Sanitisation done with professionally identified chemicals and agents for all areas including laundry, are being followed by detailed cleaning checklists and monitored closely.
✱ Protocols are in place for staff in the kitchens, restaurants, in-room dining and banquet/ conference hall to sanitize their hands every time they serve food or touch food-related items.
✱ All supplies, materials and guest luggage are sanitized before being admitted into the hotel premises.
✱ A guest check in self-declaration form is in place which covers COVID-19 symptoms. Any guest who indicates these symptoms is required to undergo a medical examination prior to check-in.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY DURING PANDEMIC
Krishna Group is committed to ensure our guest experience flexibility during these challenging and difficult times. For any of your reservations, Krishna Group shall waive off all cancellation charges for booking cancelled two days prior to check in date. No Refund for Cancellation within 48 hours from the date of arrival. A one-time amendment is allowed without any charges.
